"I Casali resort" is a large tuscan estate consisting of a main house and 3 independent buildings in a beautiful country landscape; it offers 4 residential spacious apartments gravitating around a wonderful green garden in the centre of which are located the swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the tennis court. The private horse-riding club is just outside the property.
All the apartments have been tastefully furnished and consisting of: private entrances, bathrooms, kitchens, longue with Tv, dining areas, access to internet connection, private washing machine or laundry services, internet access and all the comforts that you would expect in your own home.

La Fattoria (120 m² sleeps 6) :

On the first floor apartment with independent entrance, kitchen, large sitting-room with exposed wooden beams, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub). Roomy attic with double sofa-bed.
Washing-machine and television.

Immersed in the garden and available to all our guests, the "Vecchia Limonaia" , an old builing full of charme, can be used for recreation activities, for painting and yoga courses,as reading room and even for poetry and music evenings. At the swimming pool the "Dependence" has a fully equipped kitchen and barbeque for guests use.

Baby sitting service available upon request. Your pets are welcome.

Security deposit € 200 (has to be paid locally to the owner).

Notes to the rental rates:

Rates include: The use of the Apartaments including water, electricity, and gas - Bed-linen and Towels (1 change week) - The use of the Swimming pool, tennis court, common spaces - "Limonaia" and "Depandance" use - Bikes - Swimming pool maintenance - Lawn maintenance - English speaking assistance by the owner - Park ang garden use - Car parking.
Rates Exclude: Final cleaning (70 Euro) - Heating and air-conditioned costs that will be charged on consumption - Security deposit (a 200 Euro security deposit has to be paid locally to the owner or his/her representative; it will be returned on departure less phone calls and breakages). Breakfast (it can be served upon request directly on site).
Term and condition: the rentals running from Saturday to Saturday during high seasons and the minimum rental period is 1 week - During medium and low season the changeover day is flexible and the minimum rental period is 2 nights- Check in from 4 p.m., Check out within 10 a.m.
Booking
It is possible booking your holiday upon availability request via e-mail at info@italytuscanyrentals.com and our booking staff will give you immediate reply.
Once we'll confirmed the availability a 30% of the total amount will be requested as booking reservation; after we'll send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or via fax (only on request).
The settlement will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.
We accept payments with Bank Transfer or online (PayPal system).
Payment Options: swift money transfer or payment on line. A 30% of the rental fee is request at time of booking, the balance will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations from the booking date to 60° day before the  arrival :  penality of  30 %   on the  total rental amount.
Cancellations from 59°  to 30° day before the arrival date: penality  of 50% of the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 29° day to the arrival : penalty of 100% of the total renatl amount
