the garden and available to all our guests, the "Vecchia Limonaia", an old building full of charme, can be used for recreation activities, for painting
and yoga courses, as reading room and even for poetry and music evenings.

swimming pool the "Dependence"
has a fully equipped kitchen and barbeque for guests use.

floor apartment with independent entrance, kitchen, large sitting-room with
exposed wooden beams, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, one

the 4 residential spacious apartments gravitating around a wonderful green
garden in the centre of which are located the swimming pool with Jacuzzi and
the tennis court.
The private
horse-riding club is just outside the property.
All the apartments have been tastefully
furnished and consisting of: private entrances, bathrooms, kitchens, longue with Tv, dining areas,
access to internet connection, private washing machine or laundry services and all the comforts that you would expect in
your own home.

Horse riding centre
In our property you’ll find a well organised horse
riding centre available for all our guests that offers six horses for
western-style riding, two licensed instructors, trial field, boxes and paddocks
for our guest's horses and a saddle room but trekking is the speciality of
"I Casali" resort which is set in the
varied and fascinating territory of north west Tuscany near the aquatic
wetlands of the Padule of Fucecchio,
the olive groves and forests of Monte Albano.
We offer trekking on simple rides of one or two
hours, up to one week treks, sleeping at other agriturismo's
or in tents, depending on what you want. Our staff conduct
the treks with maximum safety and professionalism, giving you an experience of
a life time, in which you will feel many things, but one thing you will not
feel is as if you are on the tourist trail.

silences. This estate is Valdinievole area, only a few minutes away from Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, not far
from Siena; oreover, just 5 minutes
to reach the Padule of Fucecchio wildlife sanctuary(1800 hectares of natural reserve), located in an
enviable geographical position, which enables it to be far away from mass
tourism paths, but at the same time it is near the most beautiful cities in the

In about half an
hour you can reach Florence, Lucca , Pisa, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi on the Versilia coast.

The rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during high seasons - Check in from 3 p.m.- Check out within 10 a.m
Booking:
It is possible booking your holiday upon availability request via e-mail at info@italytuscanyrentals.com and our
booking staff will give you immediate reply. Once we'll confirmed the availability a 30% of the total amount will
be requested as booking reservation; after we'll send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or via fax (only
on request).The settlement will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date. We accept payments with Bank Transfer or online (PayPal system).
Payment options:
Swift money transfer or payment on line. A 30% of the rental fee is request at time of booking, the balance will
have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations from the booking date to 60° day before the arrival : penality of 30 % on the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 59° to 30° day before the arrival date: penality of 50% of the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 29° day to the arrival : penalty of 100% of the total rental amount.
