Villa Clio has been constructed on three levels; entering from the main income, which it’s approached from a great patio we find:

 

Ground Floor

A wide income with scalone for the access to the advanced plan,

the dining room  with an antique table  that can accommodate until 9 people,

the living room furnished with beautiful sofas   and seats that  encircle a splendid fireplace,

a fine furnished bathroom,

the great kitchen completely equipped  (where is one more  table lunch for 6/8 people)  characterized from an immense fireplace perfectly  working.

 

First floor

the scenographical  wood great staircase that leads  to the first floor where we find

three double rooms ( two rooms have king size beds, one a queen size bed ), two bathroomss equipped of Jacuzzi hydromassage  and  and Turkish bath, a completely equipped laundry and the stairs going to the tower.

 

The tower

On the top the villa offers a suite in the tower.To the third level we find the tower  where pleasantly is situated a double room with it’s own bathroom;from the windows it’ s possible  enjoy a wonderful panorama and in the more limpid days it is even succeeded to see the bell tower and the cathedral of the Dome of Pistoia.

All the rooms are equipped of conditioned air and terrace.

 

 

The outside

The villa completely is encircled from patios and terraces. The main patio  is furnished with comfortable sofas and seats for your relax. To the other side of the villa, an external kitchen is equipped with barbeque and firewood furnace in order to cook pizzas and other specialties that you will be able to taste in the wide terrace furnished with table and chairs  for“ eating al fresco” and enjoying a beautiful sight on the landscape below.

Park and swimming pool

The villa completely is encircled from a big park with olive and other secular trees.The garden is developed on two levels in one of which is situated the swimming pool  completely equipped.

There are plenty of chairs and sunbeds in the pool area and all around the garden and the park.

The park is supplied of external lighting system and a  tennis table is available in the garden for amusing challenges.

Locality Description:

Villa Clio  is ideally located in the green Tuscany countryside between Pistoia and Montecatini, it  sits on a hilltop with views over countryside with the town of Pistoia in the distance and it's easily reachable either from the airport of Florence or from that of Pisa.

 

Thanks to its convenient position, you're provided with easy access to the main cultural and artistic attractions such as Firenze, Siena,Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa. The structure is encircled from the green but the nearest village reachable by feet( 500 meters ) has  alimentary markets, pharmacy, newspaper stand and and not only.

 

 The villa is at only 5 km  far from Pistoia city centre where restaurants, bars and every kind of stores can be found.

Pistoia is a small medieval jewel that is worth the pain to know because there are ancient churches, museums and works of art.

An important thermal center, Montecatini Terme, is reachable driving in few minutes.

 

We suggest you visit the thermal complex “Grotta  Giusti”, one of the more famous wellness & SPA centers  in Italy. At only 15 minutes by car  from the villa you can find a beautiful golf 18 holes course while an important horse center  is situated at only 500 meters from Villa Clio.

 

People interested in nightlife  will not remain disappointed because in the surroundings theatres, discotheques, cinema and night clubs can be found.

 

There are many wine tours in the sourrounding area, beyond that  in Chiantishire,  interesting for wine fans and many wine cellars are opened for the tastings. The villa outside has been devided; Miss Clio, the owner, lives in a part of the villa and will be always at your disposition in order to give you help and inform on the events of greater relief that will be kept in the period of your stay.

Rates include:
The use of the Villa with water, electricity, and gas - Bed-linen and Towels (1 change week) - The use of the Swimming Pool and equipments ( the pool is open from 15/04 to 15/10) - Swimming Pool maintenance - Lawn maintenance - English speaking assistance by the owner - Park ang garden use - Tennis table use - Car parking.
Rates exclude:
Final cleaning (130 Euro) - Conditioned Air (150 Euro/week) - Central heating (only for cold seasons 150 Euro/week).
Term and conditions:
The rentals running from Saturday to Saturday during high and medium seasons - Check in from 3 p.m., Check out within 10 a.m.
Booking:
It is possible booking your holiday upon availability request via e-mail at info@italytuscanyrentals.com and our booking staff will give you immediate reply. Once we'll confirmed the availability a 30% of the total amount will be requested as booking reservation; after we'll send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or via fax (only on request). The settlement will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date. We accept payments with Bank Transfer or online (PayPal system).
Payment options:
Swift money transfer or payment on line. A 30% of the rental fee is request at time of booking, the balance will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations from the booking date to 60° day before the arrival : penality of 30 % on the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 59° to 30° day before the arrival date: penality of 50% of the total rental amount.
Cancellations from 29° day to the arrival : penalty of 100% of the total rental amount
